First and foremost, we will not soil our name by claiming to be a search engine opimization company with guarantees to be ranked first on the first page at Google or any other "major" search engine. That is something that can’t be backed up, we argue, by anyone. However, we have been very successful with specific keywords that was targeted by the client and with website revisions that helped make that happen.

There are a few statistics to keep in mind. About 80% of all buyers start their search on the Internet. Typically, 90% of all buyers are local with only 10% coming from out of the area. Local log statistics suggest that nearly all local visitors find the website they chose through local marketing, not search engines. Out of area buyers tend to come mostly from other websites, but about 50% from a search engine. This suggests that less than 5% of all website traffic comes from search engines and 90% comes from local advertising. Where should you spend your money to get the best return for your advertising dollar? We argue that a simple change to your local advertising drives more people to your website than what is spent on SEO.

We do beleieve SEO is important, but it should not be the "main" focus on getting more business from your Internet presence.
