“Pay What You Can” Agent Websites

We know its tough out there and several of you are facing some of your most difficult challenges ever. The Michigan real estate industry can use all the help it can to get through these tough economic times. We thought that it would be helpful if we provided an agent website solution where you pay what you can afford. If you can’t afford to pay anything, we will provide it free.

What has proven to work for agent’s last year was a strong Internet presence. They have their own website and market that website using a rider on their yard signs. It’s that simple. Currently, 93% of buyers and sellers start their real estate search on the Internet. Agents that are succeeding know this and have used it to succeed during these tough times. That puts agents that don’t have a website at a distinct disadvantage.

This offer includes our basic agent website service that normally sells for $228/year. Over 88% of real estate website traffic has buyers and sellers looking at listings. This offering includes all the available MLS listings. Agent profiles account for another 4% of traffic. The home page will include your profile. Another 4% is used for lead generation. We include safe and spam-free methods to contact you on the site. Add that up and we provide 96% of what people use a real estate site for. All this at a price that you decide what can be afforded.

The catch is that there is no real catch. We do add Google ads on the right side of the site to help generate revenue to cover some of our costs. Use this offering to try us out or pay what you can afford. We will not ask for proof and respect your financial privacy.

The requirements include that you bring your own domain name. If you don’t have a domain, we ask that you use www.goHeunox.com to purchase your domain. If you can’t afford your own domain name, we will supply you with an address similar to www.Heunox.com/yourname/. You are also required to receive our monthly newsletter filled with Internet tips and advice.

This offer is available for all Michigan MLS systems that we support. That includes all MLS systems within the SWMRIC network, GRAR, WCAR, Water Wonderland and the two boards that encompas the Northern Michigan MLS.

How Long: We will offer this for as long as we can financially afford to. We too are operating on a limited budget, but we couldn’t just sit back and watch as our friends and neighbors struggle. We reserve the right to terminate this offering without notice.
