What is broker reciprocity (IDX)?
The National Association of Realtors initiated broker reciprocity in 2002 that in effect allowed brokers to display
listing information from local MLS systems. Also called IDX, the main benefit of this reciprocal display policy is that it enhances
a REALTORSÆ ability to obtain first contact with the prospect.
Who can use broker reciprocity (IDX)?
Any broker participating in their MLS broker reciprocity program can participate. Many MLS systems also allow agent participation
for their own website.
Can Heunox connect to our existing systems?
We have been successful in connecting to existing systems with the intent to reduce and eliminate data entry duplication.
This service is available based on our custom development pricing rates.

How reliable is your hardware and software?
Redundant systems are in place throughout our datacenter. We constantly monitor bandwidth usage and typically
add bandwidth when needed. A triple backup system is used to protect data.
