à la Carte Options: Google Mapping

Google mapping opens up new ways for your clients to search and view property listings. The listing coordinates are automatically provided by your mls. If your mls does not provide listing coordinates, our internal coordinate tracker will search for and add the necessary longitude and latitude when available.

All mapped listings are displayed with a pin-point that can be clicked to pop-up a window with the listings basic information and an easy link to the full detail page.

This offering actually has three products wrapped into one package:

Property Search Results: Area Mapping

Search results are displayed in a list. A the top of the list is a Google generated map displaying the found listings.

Property Detail Page: Neighborhood Mapping

The property detail page maps that property in the center of the Google map. All active listings within an approximate two mile radius is also mapped for easy neighborhood navigation

Open Houses: Trip Planner

Open Houses are mapped similar to what is done for property list results. You can create your own itenerary page of open houses and it will provide a printable page with the open houese, times, map and directions. It even includes the projected weather for that day.
