People visiting your site can get their own virtual assistant to help them with their
home search. Save favorite listings and get listing alerts provides just a few of the options
to assist your client and allowing you to get more done in your day.
Standard Features
A site visitor is required to signup to use this feature. The signup process validates their email address
providing you with a qualified contact point.
Their Own Assistant
Registered users then have access to the Assistant that works much like a shopping cart.
It allows them to save and view favorite listings along with storing your searches, profile, listing alerts and showing requests.
Listing Alerts That Meet Specified Criteria
Always be the first to know when a new listing is available. Receive email alerts when properties
that match saved searches are listed. Receive notification on price changed of listings meeting search criteria.
Searches that contain less than 100 found listings can be saved.
Quick Click Showing Requests
Requesting a showing couldn’t be easier. Simply find a property you’d like to see, click
on the link to request a showing, select a date and time and submit your request.
The form automatically enters your contact, real estate professional and property information.
