A site visitor is required to signup to use this feature. The signup process validates their email address providing you with a qualified contact point.

Their Own Assistant

Registered users then have access to the Assistant that works much like a shopping cart. It allows them to save and view favorite listings along with storing your searches, profile, listing alerts and showing requests.

Listing Alerts That Meet Specified Criteria

Always be the first to know when a new listing is available. Receive email alerts when properties that match saved searches are listed. Receive notification on price changed of listings meeting search criteria. Searches that contain less than 100 found listings can be saved.

Requesting a showing couldn’t be easier. Simply find a property you’d like to see, click on the link to request a showing, select a date and time and submit your request. The form automatically enters your contact, real estate professional and property information.
